He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Amber Mabe of Altus, Autumn Hunt of Ozark, Arkansas, Nate McMillian of Denning, Scotty Mayfield of Ozark and Justin Mayfield of Altus; and his great-nephew Ethan Mabe.
