He is survived by: his wife Wanda Williams Rice of Altus; his daughters, Louise Riggs of Altus, Shirley Eddy of Hartman and Brenda Shaffer of Ozark, Arkansas; and his brothers, J. D. Rice of Alix, Vernon Rice of Altus and Donald Rice of Plainview. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
