Moak of Altus, Arkansas, born in Jackson, Mississippi, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chesteen Boone and Elizabeth B. Slayton Boone; and her husband John E. Moak. She is survived by: her children, David Shaun Moak (Laura), Daniel Shannon Moak, Derek Shane Moak (Jessica) and Stephani Coleen Butler (Jimmy Shreve); and her siblings, Kenneth Boone (Susan), Keith Boone (Jana) and Kathy Drummonds (Sam). She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
