He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Brown and Annie Bolt Brown. He is survived by: his daughter Kim Rice (Harold Rice, Jr.) of Wedowee; his grandchildren, Teshia Heard (Jeff) of Woodland, Shauna Milner (William) of Wedowee and Krystal Payne (John) of Wedowee; and his siblings, Vera Luker of Lineville and Junior Brown of Wedowee. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
