He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Spratlin and Mary Johnson Spratlin; and also, Bill and Sara Entrekin. He is survived by: his wife Gita; his children, Sally of Atlanta, Joe Alcock of Atlanta, Wade of Atlanta and Lucy Spratlin of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Waverly, Daphne Alcock, Andy and William Spratlin; his sisters, Rhonda, Barrett Lawler of Cullman, AL, Lynn Spratlin, Kyle Short of Woodland and Marriage; his daughter Shondae Brown of Woodland; his nieces and nephews, Candace Brown (Kevin Hull), Joseph Entrekin of Carrollton, Timothy (Jessica Entrekin), Benjamin, Dillan, Mason Arrington, Olivia Arrington and Tiff West; his great-nephews, Jacob, Andrew Brown and William "Will" Entrekin; his stepson Jonathan David West; and also, Michael and Amanda Entrekin.
