He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Lavender and Carolyn Myers Lavender; and his brother Gary Allan Lavender. He is survived by: his wife Elecia Phillips Lavender; his sons, Mitchell (Magen Lavender) and Brandon (Ashley Lavender); and his grandchildren, Greyson Lavender, Cooper Lavender and Olivia Lavender. He is also survived by two nieces; and five nephews.
