It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Edmondson of Woodland, Alabama, who passed away on July 4, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude E. Gibbs and Annie Lura Lee Gibbs; her husband Billy Vernon Edmondson; and her brother Claude Jo Gibbs of Woodland. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Armistead (Steve) of Georgia and Barry Edmondson of Woodland; and her siblings, Betty Butler (Edward) of Florida and Kenneth Gibbs (Opal) of Woodland. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
