She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel David Whitten and Lizzie Brown Whitten; her husband Jepp Hanson; and her siblings, Stella Whitten, Brooksie Whitten, Fount Lee Whitten, Jackson Whitten, Oneta Whitten Sheffield and Joel Whitten.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Hanson (Delaine) of Dadeville; her granddaughters, Leslie Hanson of Atlanta and Julie Hanson of Newnan, Georgia.; and her sister Betty Whitten Nichols of Anniston, Alabama..
