He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Simmons and Roger Simmons; his wife Amy Simmons; his children, Allisa Simmons, Cody Simmons and Ashton Simmons; his sister Robin Agafonov (Ilya); and his grandparents, Ronald, Carolyn Harris, Johnnie Jean Simmons, Jean Simmons, Tony Anderson, Cedric Anderson and Catherine Milton. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
