He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Odis, Loree Green and Ray; and his aunt Lora Lawrence. He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Green and Judy Green; his wife Sarah Beth Jackson Green; his uncle Jody Green (Robin) of Brilliant; his stepchildren, Sophia, Clare, Peter, Lucy and Phoebe; and his cousin Whitney Rasbury (Ricky Beasley) of Winfield. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
