He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Braxton, Lois Cunningham, Mureff White and Charles Dudley; his niece Harley Kelley; his stepfather William Ives; and his aunts and uncles, Betty Harrison, Mary Ann Arends, Linda Patrick, Phillip and Robbie Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Telisa Gray Cunningham; his children, Adam, Thomas, Grayce Cunningham and Jacob White; his grandson Isaac White; his parents, Bobby Cunningham of Winfield and Sandra Lynch of Sulligent; his siblings, Tracy Guyton (Steve) of Winfield, Tina Merchant (David) of Detroit, Jody Ives of Sulligent, Donnie White (Wendy) of Sulligent and Robbie Ives (Michelle) of Sulligent; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Susan Gray of Winfield; and his grandmothers, Sue White and Hilda Dudley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
