He is survived by: his father Roger Maddox of Winfield; his siblings, Regina Labor of Winfield, Steve Maddox of Northport and Tracy Windham of Milton, FL; his niece Jessica Maddox of Tuscaloosa; and his nephew Micah Dye (Susanne Shirley) of Winfield. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
