He is survived by: his wife Linda Lucas Spann; his daughter Tracy Keith (Brian) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Neil (Kelly), Blake, Aaron (Hailey), Briana Keith and Colton Spratlin (Alexandra); his great grandchildren, Riley, Brayden and Summer Keith; his brother Jimmy Spann (Marie); and his close friend Don Overton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
