She was predeceased by: her husband David W. Holcomb; her mother Ora Bell Self; and her sister Doris Smith. She is survived by: her children, Allen Holcomb (April) of Birmingham and Anna Mobley of Winfield; her grandchildren, Will Holcomb (Allison) of Sugar Hill, GA, Ben Shelton (Holly) of Washington, Jacob McElyea of Athens, AL, Laura Taylor of Gardendale and Summer Taylor of Winfield; her great grandchildren, Maybri Anne and Weiss Holcomb; her sisters, Danylu Burnett of Heflin and Ava Belle Rich (E. B.) of Gardendale; and her sister-in-law Sybil Beasley of Gatesville, TX. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Sunset Manor Healthcare in Guin or to the American Cancer Society.
