She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe William and Alice Cantrell Johnson; her granddaughter Christy Atkinson; and her siblings, Bernard Johnson, Hillard Johnson, Hazel Tidwell, Yvonne Reed, Nadine Porter and Marilyn Robertson.
She is survived by: her children, Regina Courtney, Russell Courtney (Doris) and William Atkinson; and her grandchildren, Max Miles, Alan Atkinson, Charlyn Atkinson, Chad Atkinson, Dorrie Poulson and Charles Smallwood. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members.
