With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hugh McIntyre Dunson (Wilsonville, Alabama), who passed away on July 16, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Effie Blackerby Dunson; his son James Hugh Dunson; his parents, Max Dunson and Barto McIntyre Dunson; his siblings, Maxwell, Elton Dunson and Delaurice; and his niece Diana Carmack.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law June Dunson; his nieces and nephews, Donald Dunson, Debbie McLeod, Denise Hatfield, Daniel Dunson, David Dunson, Jeff Dunson, Susan Whittle, Marty Goff and Lynn Barbee; and his close friends, Mike, Cynthia Largin, Donny and Becky Farmer.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Fourmile Baptist Church in Hugh's memory.
