He was predeceased by: his wife Ovelene White Parrish; his sons, Donald E. Parrish and Gary R. Parrish; his daughter-in-law Charlotte Parrish; and his sisters, Eloise Swindle and Dorothy "Dot" Mahaffey.
He is survived by: his son Timothy W. Parrish (Emily); his daughter-in-law Patti Parrish; his grandchildren, Daniel E. Parrish (Linda), Rachel White (Tim), David Parrish (Jeni), Katelin Strahan (Levi) and Benjamin Misner; and his sisters, Wynette Pendley and Sue Callicott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
