He is survived by: his wife Juanita V. Kirkwood (Kirkwood); his sons, Milton "Kirk" Kirkwood, Scott L. Perkins and Jason "Doug" Perkins; his grandchildren, Ashley Perkins, Justin Perkins, Britney Perkins, Austin Perkins, Skyler Kirkwood, Elizabeth "Maddie" Kirkwood and Tanner Kirkwood; and his great grandchildren, Ayden, Aubrey, Addyson and Paisley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
