It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sidney Robert Lister (Vestavia, Alabama), born in Pell City, Alabama, who passed away on March 28, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabron Lister and Elizabeth Cosper Lister; and his daughter Leslie Lister Vines (John). He is survived by: his wife Vera Hanna Lister; his daughters, Lynn Lister Eckert (Bruce) and Hanna Lister Porter; his grandchildren, Bruce Eckert, Jr., Robert Eckert, Hanna Eckert and Winston Porter; his siblings, Sydney Porter and Tony Lister (Anne); and his nephew Greg Lister (Shelley).
