He is survived by: his wife Thelma Meadows; his children, David Meadows (Cindy), Rita Carroll and Sheila McCamy (Rodney); and his siblings, Clerance Meadows, Wayne Meadows, Treman Meadows and Ethel Thurman. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren & 16 Great-Grandchildren Several Nieces & Nephews.
