He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer McElhaney (Russell) and Angel Garrett; his siblings, Butch Garrett, Gregory Garrett, Joey Garrett, David Garrett, Patricia Williams, Sissy Garrett, Denita Chatham, Elisa Garrett and Ronda Whited; his grandchildren, Daiton Ashmore, Ashlyn McElhaney, Morgan McElhaney and Ethan McElhaney; and his great grandchildren, Emory Walker, Julie Jordan and Madelyn Jordan. He is also survived by 19 Nieces & Nephews; and several great-nieces & nephews.
