He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Victor Harless, Jr. and Essie T. Harless; his sister Pamela Harless Hammond; and his grandparents, C. Victor Harless, Sr., Della Tillery Harless, John Henry Toler and Lugenia King Toler.
He is survived by: his siblings, Vicki Harless Morton (Jimmy) and Barry L. Harless (Susan); his brother-in-law George "Tony" Hammond; and his aunt Dessie "Tiny" Toler Smedley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
