He is survived by: his parents, William Merrell, and Tina Agee Merrell, Jr.; his wife Jessica; his children, Nathanial Merrell, Joshua H. Merrell and Dominic Merrell; his siblings, Kailyn Merrell and Nicholas Agee; his grandparents, Charles Agee (Sherry), Virginia Agee and Lottie "Nanny" Horton; his parents-in-law, Greg and Brenda Flanagan; and his siblings-in-law, Dakota Horton, Dylan Flanagan and Ella Grace Flanagan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
