He is survived by: his parents, Denny Stauffer and Susan Roselle Sanders Lewis; his wife Angela Lewis; his stepparents, Don Hopkins and Kathy Lewis; his children, Hunter Lewis (Sam), Ty Lewis, Melanee Lewis (Christian), Emilee Lewis and Anna Carol Lewis; his siblings, Stephen Lewis (Karen), Richard Lewis and Carla Hines (Benji); and his stepsisters, Cheryl Williams, Tracy Arnold and Becky Hendrickson.
