She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Bush and Marguerite Morgan Threadgill; and her sister Faye Sheffield (Tear). She is survived by: her husband Walter Bruce Smith; her children, Sarah Dailey, Michael Smith (Christy), Milton Smith, Frances Pate and Christine Smith; and her sister Doris Threadgill. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
