She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert Canida and Mary Jane Glenn Canida; her son Jimmy Barton; and her siblings, Alice Clark, Annie Clark, Lee Canida and Walker Canida.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Barton, Sr. (Patty); her grandchildren, Bonita Purser, Sherri Cockrell, Greg Barton, Shannon Wise and Jerry "Bo" Barton, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Lisa, Cheryl, Annagrace, Jessica, Jennifer, Jerad and Tyler. She is also survived by great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
