It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva R. Butler of Talladega, Alabama, born in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, who passed away on March 26, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Butler; her parents, Robert Sr. Rice and Mollie Rice; and her grandson Tommy Bowerman. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Jordin (Vern) and Susan Bowerman (Tom); her sister Lu Ashworth; her grandchildren, Jonathan Jordin (Angie), Jennifer DuShane (Jonathan) and Tiffany Garrett (Darrell); and her great grandchildren, Haley Jordin, Jessica Jordin, Lee DuShane, Natalie Garrett, Colton Garrett and Callie Garrett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
