Mintz (Alana Mintz) of Sylacauga; and her grandchildren, Austin Mintz, Tucker Gosa, Sam Gosa, Gade Clay Mintz and Chip Mintz.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that any memorials be made to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Sylacauga, Alabama.
