He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Luker and Runelle Luker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Evelyn Luker; his children, Kevin Luker (Cindy) and Mary Ivey (Billy); his grandchildren, Kayla Luker Brannan (Shawn), Mary Katherine Mitchell (Gunnar), Timothy Luker, James Luker, Austin Luker and Cody Ivey; his great grandchildren, Rylee Brannan, Savannah Brannan and Hendrix Brannan; his sister Jane Massey; and his close friend Barnett Massey.
