He was predeceased by: his wife Lee Ann; his parents, James O. "Booney" Mann and Catherine Radney Mann; his siblings, James O. "Jimmy" Mann (Betty), William "Bill" Mann (Doris) and Nancy Neal Allen; and his brother-in-law Troy Allen.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Doris Mann, Betty Mann, Lori Osbourn (Ron) and Danny Gambrel (Holly); his nephew Steven Mann; and his nieces, Christy Sawyer (Neal), Tiffany Williams (Brad) and Calee Allen. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and many special cousins.
