He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Chambless; his son-in-law Levis Dasher; and his parents, James William Chambless and Lola Mae Abbott Chambless. He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Hughston (Lynn) and Carol Dasher; his brother Jimmy Chambless (Glenda); his grandchildren, Terry Hughston (Candyce), Sarah Cherry (Rusty), Hannah Mann (Kylan) and Jonathan Dasher; and his great grandchildren, Noah Cherry, Owen Paul Cherry, Preslee Mae Cherry and Miles Cherry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
