She was predeceased by: her parents, Dollie Robinson (Palmer) and John Daniel; and her son-in-law Keith Bullard. She is survived by: her daughter Lori Hilyer Bullard; her grandchildren, Whitney Long (Richard), Jarrod Bullard (Kelly) and Kendall Belyeu (Jarvis); her great grandchildren, Briggs, Wesley Kate Bullard, Ellis, Kohen Belyeu and Landry Long; and her sisters-in-law, Ollie Jo Owsley and Judy Calloway. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to Swamp Creek Cemetery Fund, 1714 Coosa Co Rd 3 Rockford, AL 35136 in memory of Patsy J. Hilyer.
