He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Campbell, Alvin A. Horn and Flora Lee Horn. He is survived by: his parents, William L. Horn and Carol Horn; his siblings, Scott Horn (Donna) and Amy Conn (Alan); and his nieces and nephews, Kalyne Roberts (Tyler), Jacob Conn, Dawson Horn and Kaylei Horn. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a host of friends.
