He is survived by: his children, Teressa Kollmar Jones (Clint) of Amarillo, TX, Michelle Kollmar-Taylor Taylor (Bryan) of Vernon, TX, Mary Lyn "Mamie" Ryan (Steven) of Robertsdale, AL and Johnny Jernigan (Vicky) of Loxley, AL; and his siblings, Dixie Trinidad of Duncan, OK, Roger Kollmar (Norma) of Riverside, CA, Melvin Kollmar of Thornton, CO, Robert Kollmar (Barbara) of Tualatin, OR, Dennis Kollmar (Theodore Kollmar) of Tulsa, OK and Clifford Calhoun of Summerdale, AL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
