She was predeceased by: her mother Hattie York; and her siblings, Alvin C York, J. C. York (June) and June Staten. She is survived by: her husband Carlton Caruthers of Spanish Fort; her daughter Lisa Pigott (Chris) of Bogalusa, LA; her grandson Gerald Milton (Rachel); her great grandchild Aria Milton; and her siblings, L. D. York (Barbara), William Dow York (Carol) and Willa McCord.
In lieu of flowers Bobbie requests donations to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org) or St. Labre Indian School (stlabre.org).
