He is survived by: his wife Dottie Johnson; his son Neal Barnard; his daughter-in-law Wendy; his daughter Karen Johnson; his son-in-law Jerry Self; his grandchildren, Kynsi Barnard, Ashlyn Barnard and Brandon Barnard; and his sister Jessie Lee Logan.
