He is survived by: his wife Brandi Polen; his mother Becky Bannister; his children, Quentin Fishel (Nikki), Keaton Polen, Elijah Fishel-Carrillo and Ralynn Babbs; his grandchild Cayden Fishel; his siblings, D. J. Polen (Michelle) and Mandy Walters (Pat); his parents-in-law, Harley Fishel and Ty Beam; and his brother-in-law Jason Fishel.
