He is survived by: his children, Douglas Ray Stevens, Roger Dale Stevens, Darrell Wayne Stevens, Beverly Ann Stevens White and Kathy Renee Stevens Screws; and his grandchildren, Robin Stevens (Kim), Jeremy White (Christy), Kevin Stevens (Amy), Kerry Burroughs (Brad), Jennifer McGee (T. J.), Katy Chudy (Andy), Angela Stevens and Taylor Joye (Chris).
