He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ernest Atkins and Betty Elizabeth Atkins (Williams); and his wife Linda Sue White Atkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Suzanne Sharp (Greg) and Colette Carnes (John); and his siblings, Carly, Carol Parson (Steve) and Dianna Gurley (Joel). He is also survived by Five Grandchildren and Two Great Grandchildren.
