She is survived by: her husband Linus Yelk; her daughters, Nicole Smith (Matthew) and Destiny Nation-Cox (Jordan); her siblings, Bill Cox (Genise) and Lori Cogan (Terry); and her grandsons, Carson Smith and Caden Smith. She is also survived by six nieces.
