She is survived by: her husband James M. Phillips Sr.; her children, Amanda Latham-Frith (Chris), Eric W. Brooks (Beverly) and Tammy M. Sellers (John); her siblings, Doug Osburn and Joy Barnette; and her grandchildren, Austin Latham, Kayden Latham, Kolton Latham, Dakota Brooks, Damian Constable and Kole Sumner. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
