He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cawthon Seymore and Clara Smith Seymore; his wife June DeRamus Seymore; his siblings, Jimmy Seymore and Stella Terrell; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth DeRamus, Bill DeRamus, Albert DeRamus and Bill Terrell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Hughes (Ted) and Dana Ling (Ned); his grandchildren, Jameson Ling (Morgan), Laurel Ling, Claire Hughes and Katherine Hughes; and his sisters-in-law, Henrietta DeRamus and Ann DeRamus. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
