She is survived by: her daughter Donna Fredrick (David); her grandchildren, Tara Crowell (Chris), Gene Mitchell (Tracy), Shane Vest (Joann) and Misty Fowers (Cody); and her daughter-in-law Elaine Vest. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
