She was predeceased by: her husband James "Red" Adams; her son Stanley Adams (Betty); her parents, Willie Gentle and Leona Gentle; and her siblings, Jerry Gentle, Eileen Griggs and Judy Sisk.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Adams of Port Orange and Greg Adams (Tracey) of Hollywood, AL.; her sister Joyce Arnold; and her grandchildren, Bryan Kent, Adam Kent, Clark Adams, Bradley Adams, Christal Southard and Yasmine Swinford. She is also survived by Eight Great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
