She was predeceased by: her parents, O. A. Hicks and Doris Hicks; her grandparents, Chester, Linda Hastings, Elbert and Myrtis Hicks; and her parents-in-law, Walter and Evelyn Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Pat Cook; her children, Stephanie Jones (Tate) and Ross Cook (Wendi); her grandchildren, Chase Cook and Trent Jones; her sister Courtney Stephens (Chris); and her brother-in-law Mike Cook (Peggy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
