He was predeceased by: his former wife Reba Joyce Bradford; his son David Bradford; his parents, Charlie Bradford and Ruth Bradford; and his siblings, Fannie Ruth Metcalf, Floyd, Roy of John, D. C., Lee, Ben and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice Bradford; his children, Brenda Joyce Bates (Kevin), Billy Bradford (Wendy), Bobby Bradford and Glen Bradford (Robin); and his sister Faye Bynum (Wayne). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
