He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Lela Gladden and Mary Dan Ford. He is survived by: his children, Cash Daniel Larson-Ford of Gadsden, Paisley Brooke Ford of Sand Rock, Pakeley and Piper Davis; his parents, Jimmy Ford and Jennie Ford of Sand Rock; his grandfather Olen Ford; his sisters, Jessica Davis (Dain) and Jacklyn Miller (Josh); and his nephews, Ian Sinclair, Aydan Sinclair, Jackson Miller, Carson Miller, Walker Davis, Ryker Dean Sinclair, Josh Tyler Miller, Drake Davis and Sagan Stiefel. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.

Memorials may be made to the family for the Jake Ford Scholarship Fund or the family will accept flowers.
