He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Daniels and Susie Smith Daniels; his brothers, Frank, Charles and Pete Daniels; and his daughter Kasandra Helms.
He is survived by: his wife Selma Daniels of Samson, AL; his children, Phil Daniels (Leann), Gregory Daniels (Peggy), Kim Blanton Robert Hicks (Chris), Cynthia Byrne (Mike), Bryan Hicks (Penny) and Duane Hicks (Sherry); his brother Robert Daniels (Dru); and his grandchildren, Phillip, Conner, Lyle of Seth, A. J., Charlene, Brittney, Brett, Brad, Brandi, Gregory, Corey, Brandon, Amanda, Jayce, Chaz, Aundi and Aiden. He is also survived by 41 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
