She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Ripperdan and Edna Mae Ripperdan; her husbands, James Arnold Cook and Terry Lee Myers; and her brother Phillip Ray Cook.
She is survived by: her children, James Cook (Becky), Nathan Myers (Cindy) and Paula Cook; her grandchildren, Ryan Cook (Kaci), Aaron Cook, Hailey Cook, Kayla Cook (Luis Guerrero), Shawney Andres (Ruendy), Naomi Guseman, Amos Escobar, Danielle Ibarra (Bernado) and Samual Guseman (Jessie Engle); and her siblings, Charles Ripperdan, Ruby White, Marsha Schenkel and Arnold Ripperdan. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
