He is survived by: his wife Lorie Hulsey; his daughter Tonya Meyer (Charlie); his stepchildren, Josh Hulsey, Myria Liming and Destiny Reeves (Allen); his grandchildren, Josh (Lauren), Jordan, Brock, Cade, Dagan, Malaki, Joslyn, Easton, Hudson and Hayes; and his great grandchildren, Milly and Elsy.
